support@joinklose.com →Delete your account
- Open Klose and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Read the permanent-deletion notice and request a fresh phone code.
- Enter that code to confirm. You’ll be signed out after deletion succeeds.
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. If you cannot sign in or finish deletion, email support. Never email a verification code.
The Privacy Policy explains what is removed and which safety records may remain.
Report or block someone
Open the person’s large photo in Peep, use the ••• menu in a chat, or long-press a match. Choose Report or Block.
To report, choose the reason, add an optional note, and submit. “Also block this person” is checked by default. Reports are not shown to the reported person.
Blocking ends your match and hides you from each other. Manage your list under Settings → Blocked people. Unblocking does not restore old matches or chats.
Photo checks
Use a real photo of just you, with your face large and easy to see. Hats and sunglasses are okay if your face remains recognizable.
“Checking your photo…” means it is still pending. Keep an internet connection and reopen Klose to let it retry. If it keeps failing, contact support with the error text, not a sensitive photo or sign-in code.
Meet with care
Choose a public place, tell a friend your plan, arrange your own way home, and never send money to someone you have just met.
A match, screened photo or badge is not a guarantee of safety. You can leave a conversation or meeting at any time.
More safety tips →When you contact us
Tell us what happened, what screen you were on, and any error message you saw. You can include your device type and app version. Avoid sending passwords, phone codes, payment details, or private information about someone else unless needed to explain a safety concern.
For privacy requests or account-review requests, use the same support address. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
